DATA WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Ascension Consulting Limited does not store your payment details: Payment details that you provide are not stored by Ascension Consulting Limited and cannot be accessed by Ascension Consulting Limited staff. All payment details are encrypted and securely stored by Stripe to enable Ascension Consulting Limited, where applicable to automatically bill you on a recurring basis. You should review Stripe’s privacy policy to ensure you are happy with it.

DATA SECURITY

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
